Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website and to DilushaTech Billing Software and DilushaTech WhatsApp Marketing (the “products”). By using them you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account, including by the users you add.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change; changes apply from your next billing period. For WhatsApp Marketing, Meta’s message charges are separate from our plan price.

Acceptable use

  • Use the products only for lawful business purposes.
  • For WhatsApp Marketing, message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies. Numbers that break these policies can be restricted by Meta.
  • Do not try to access other businesses’ data, disrupt the service or reverse-engineer the products.

Your data

The business data you enter remains yours. You can export it from the products and ask us to delete it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

GST and accounting

The Billing Software helps you prepare invoices and GST reports. You remain responsible for the correctness of your tax rates, filings and records; please check them with your accountant.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the products available and to improve them, and we may add, change or remove features. The Billing Software keeps working offline, but syncing and WhatsApp messaging need an internet connection and depend on third-party services such as Meta.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, DilushaTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using the products at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
