Are Billing and WhatsApp Marketing priced separately?
Yes. They are separate products with their own plans, because what they do — and what they cost to run — is different. You can use either one or both.
Do prices include GST?
Billing Software prices are shown before GST. Ask us for a GST invoice for your subscription.
What does Meta charge for WhatsApp messages?
Meta charges per template message by category (marketing, utility, authentication). Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free. Your dashboard shows an estimate for every campaign.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or change plans whenever your business needs it. Talk to us for anything custom.
