Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DilushaTech collects through this website and our products — DilushaTech Billing Software and DilushaTech WhatsApp Marketing — and how we use and protect it.

Information you give us

• Contact and demo forms, and live chat: your name, email, phone number, business name and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to arrange a demo.
• Accounts: when you sign up for a product, the details needed to run your account — such as your name, email, phone number, business details and the users you add.

Information in our products

• Billing Software: the invoices, products, stock, customers, suppliers and expenses you enter. This data belongs to your business. It is stored on your device and, when you are online, synchronised with our servers so you can use it on several devices.
• WhatsApp Marketing: the contacts you import, the templates you create and the messages sent and received through your WhatsApp Business number. Messages are delivered through Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API, so Meta also processes them under its own terms. You are responsible for having your contacts’ consent (opt-in) to message them.

We process your business data only to provide the product to you. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your customers’ data for our own marketing.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising cookies. If you start a chat, a chat token is stored in your browser so the conversation continues when you reload the page; you can remove it by ending the chat or clearing your browser data.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to business data is limited by user roles, sensitive credentials are stored encrypted, and each business’s data is kept separate. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and fix issues quickly.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and account data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to records we must keep by law (for example, tax records).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to dilushatech@gmail.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
